直接文句を言いに行きたいところだけど、ここは、「アメリカ」。ドアをノックして僕の殺気に思わず銃をぶっぱなされても、あんまり同情されない国。
ということで、管理会社（lease office）を通して意思を伝えよう。

Hi I’m Ryosuke Komori, living in ***** apartment.I have some troubles about noise these days.
The person who living upstairs play video game with big sound until midnight (big explosion sound), and also the guy’s footstep sounds are too loud and sometimes our floor is shaking.
Yesterday I checked the room number which the sound come from. It was #624.
Could you please clear this problem?

Subject: Noisy neighbors
My name is Ryosuke Komori and I am the tenant in #524 in the ***** Apartments complex. Recently there’s been a lot of noise coming from #624 and I’m not sure how to approach this issue. The tenant seems to be playing video games at absurd volumes as late as midnight, and the impact of his footsteps is enough to literally shake our room. This has not only interfered with my sleeping habits, but it’s also caused my pregnant wife no small amount of stress.
We have otherwise been happy living here and would like to continue our lease as long as possible. Is there something you could do to help solve this issue (preferably discreetly — I feel it might cause additional problems if the tenant in #624 knew who had submitted a complaint)?
