Judge: According to the motion with the plea of guilty, I now pronounce sentence. The defendant is to be imprisoned for three months and is fined two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. |

記者Ａ： 禁固３月だって！！？ これまでロドリゲス氏のやってきたことは、反トラスト法違反の中でもそうとう悪質のはずだぞ これじゃ、多国籍企業の外国人重役が反トラスト法に違反したときの量刑とかわらないじゃないか！ |
Reporter A: Imprisonment for three months!!? What Mr. Rodriguez has committed was pretty heinous when compared to violations of antitrust laws in the past, wasn’t it? So, the sentence shouldn’t be different to that which any other foreign top executive of a multinational corporation receives for violating the antitrust law! |

Judge: (Knock knock. Striking the gavel) Ahem. Order, order. However, the three months and more that the defendant spent in custody awaiting trial will be deducted from the sentence and the defendant is therefore deemed to have served his time. (Knock knock) This court is adjourned. |

Again, the courtroom stirs, and newspaper reporters are rushing out. |

Sarah: What? What? Why is everyone so surprised? Ha? Rod doesn’t need to be taken into custody? He can go home!? Woooow, Rod!! |

Sarah rushing to Rodriguez. Then, excitedly she throws her arms around Rodriguez. |

Rodriguez: Whaaaaat!? Ah, may I ask who you are? |

Sarah: What are you talking about? It’s me, me!! (taking off her sunglasses) |
