…if節が前にきてもＯＫ。
contact はとてもビジネスライクな単語で、need も丁寧かつソフトです。
do not hesitate to〜 はよりビジネスライクで硬め、feel free to〜 はよりフレンドリーな言い方です。相手との関係によって使い分けてみましょう。
今回は、おそらく相手とはファーストコンタクトということで、前者を特選、後者を入選にさせていただきました。
「ほかに必要な情報」は further の代わりに other, more も使えなくはないですが、further のほうがビジネスライクです。
★グッドアンサー

…require はちょっとビジネスライクすぎて、冷たい感じがします。need のほうがソフトで温かみがあります。

…ifを省略した言い方（倒置）で、こちらもＯＫ。

…any を付けたほうがベター。
・ any other/more information
…further のほうがベター。more はあまり良くないです。

…want はビジネスライクではなく、ちょっと失礼。また、let us know はカジュアルすぎます。
・ ask me
…ビジネスライクではありません。新入社員や部下のように、一日中コンタクト可能な人に使う言い方。
★よくあった間違い
×If you have any other information,
…「さらなる情報を持っていたら」という意味になり、間違いです。If you have any "questions" との混同かなと思いました。
×another information
…information は不可算名詞（数えられない名詞）なので、another（もう一つの）は使えません。
