まず、「～しているだろう」と未来の一点を指してその時に行っている事を表すには未来進行形にし、I’ll be livingに。be going toだと「来年の今頃、そこに住むだろう/住み始める」となります。
次に、somewhere in another prefectureだとsomewhere（どこか）、in another prefecture（別の県の）で「別の県のどこか」となります。「どこか別の県で」なので、in somewhere another prefectureにします。
